1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES
- Free Shipping — All orders $50 and over qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping — Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping — Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $35. Expedited orders are prioritized for faster delivery.
3. EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $35. While we do our best to fulfill expedited orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
4. CUSTOM & SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS
For oversized items, international orders, or any other special shipping needs, please message us directly before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a shipping quote.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS & TRACKING
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery. SB Luxury Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SB Luxury Shop is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. For additional concerns, feel free to message us.
