ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made at SB Luxury Shop are considered final at the time of sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
SB Luxury Shop does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or fit selection by the customer
- Items received as gifts
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Delayed shipments or shipping carrier issues
- Items no longer wanted or needed
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos thoroughly prior to purchase.
CLAIMS & ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
In the rare event that you believe your order contains a defect or error, you may submit a claim for review. ALL of the following conditions must be met:
Tags Must Remain Attached All original tags, labels, and security tags must remain fully intact and attached to the item. Claims submitted for items with removed, damaged, or tampered tags will not be accepted — no exceptions.
Claim Submission Requirements All claims must include:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clear photographs of the item with all tags still attached
- A detailed written description of the issue
- Your full name and order number
Claim Window All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be reviewed.
